I liked the idea of being involved in many different social projects, schools, orphanages and hilltribe villages and projects through cooperation with childcare centers. The staff in Chiangrai took care of me not only during the volunteers program but also during the weekends so that I did not feel lost in a foreign country. I am very grateful for such a fulfilling experience in Thailand. It was great to experience the Thai people so closely and not at a distance as tourists usually do. My coordinator made sure I felt well all the time. I met fantastic people. It is great to make such an amazing experience at this affordable price.
